JobKeeper Declaration - September 2020
You have previously advised Financial Dynamics that your business has been affected by COVID-19, meets the necessary criteria for the JobKeeper Payment and have successfully claimed the August 2020 payment. In order to recieve your September 2020 payment, the following declaration is required for your monthly reporting obligations.
To claim the JobKeeper Payment from the Commissioner of Taxation for the month of September 2020, you confirm that:
Financial Dynamics is providing this declaration to enable your business to electonically submit the appropriate data for the JobKeeper Payment monthly declaration requirements. To ensure timely cashflow reimbursement by the ATO, please complete this form by no later than close of business Wednesday 7th October 2020. Any declaration received after this date but before the 10th October 2020, will still be funded but could experience a significant delay in receipt of the subsidy. Any declarations completed after this date will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Note: Due to recent changes, full time and part time employees who commenced with you between 1 March 2020 and 1 July 2020, casual who met the long term casual employee requirement during this period and employees who turned 18 by 1 July 2020 can now be added as eligible employees from the fortnight commencing 3 August 2020. Please ensure any such employees you are adding to the JobKeeper Scheme have signed one of the revised ATO Employee Nomination Notices (refer our email on 21 August 2020).

Note: If you are claiming an eligible business participant that is not paid as an employee please do not include them in the eligible employee numbers above. Financial Dynamics already holds a record of each eligible business particiapants name.
Each month, you must reconfirm the eligibility of your business and provide current and projected GST turnover. This is not a retest of your eligibility, but rather an indication of how your business is performing.

JobKeeper 2.0 is the next phase of the JobKeeper scheme that applies from 28 September 2020 to 28 March 2021. If you have not yet spoken with the team and Financial Dynamics regarding your eligibility JobKeeper 2.0 please refer to our email on 18 September 2020 and/or contact our team. As JobKeeper 1.0 has now ended, we need to provide the ATO with confirmation of your continuation in JobKeeper 2.0 if your business meets the eligibility criteria.

If you answered "Yes" to JobKeeper 2.0, Financial Dynamics will contact you to discuss and ensure you understand the required entry criteria if we have not already discussed this with your business.
If you answered "No" to JobKeeper 2.0, this is the final payment under your JobKeeper entitlement. Please ensure you have ceased paying any JobKeeper top up payments as that scheme has now ended.
